Dall Estate Development Proposal Refused Planning Permission

At a special meeting of Perth and Kinross Council on Wednesday 16th June 2010 the application for approval of conditions arising from the proposal for Planning Permission in Principle was refused by a substantial majority of councillors present.

Prior to the council meeting a Pre-Determination Committee meeting was held in the Council Chambers in Perth.The applicant and a number of others who had submitted representations to the Planning Authority were invited to speak before council determined the outcome of the application.The council had before them a report by the Development Quality Manager for PKC recommending that the application be refused.A copy of this report can be viewed/downloaded from the Council’s website at www.pck.gov.uk Planning Application 10273/IPM.

At the pre-determination meeting representations were made by Rannoch and Tummel Community Council; Woodlands Trust et al; Forestry Commission and Dall Community Association with Loch Rannoch Conservation Association.

Everyone who wrote to PCK Planning in response to the application have since been informed in writing of the outcome.

At time of writing we await further response from the developer and we will update as and when any more is heard.
